Join other mothers in a group prenatal session where there will be check-ins, educational portions and hands on practices you can do for yourself. This is for all mothers regardless of how far along you are or what your birth plan is.

About the event
Join us in a circle where we will connect with each mother, explore how you're feeling, engage in hands-on practices for ourselves, and build connections with other mothers on similar journeys.
There will also be an educational component that will be based on how the mothers are feeling what the group is needing.
Bring a yoga mat, bolsters or anything needed to make you comfortable as well as some water.
Investment is $20 and can be paid in cash or e-transfer.
